3. Job Description:
a. Developing IT Strategy
– Develop the IT and digital transformation strategy for Saigon Port in alignment with the 2025 goals and 2030 vision.
b. Implementing IT Strategy
– Develop an action plan to implement the IT strategy set by Saigon Port.
– Execute and oversee IT projects for Saigon Port, ensuring cost efficiency, timely progress, and effectiveness.
– Organize and manage IT operations to ensure the seamless and continuous business activities of Saigon Port and its subsidiaries.
– Implement security solutions to protect the safety and confidentiality of Saigon Port’s information and data.
– Develop and optimize the annual IT budget for Saigon Port.
– Build and manage the IT human resources team.
– Advise the Executive Board on IT personnel recruitment and training.
c. Advising and Implementing Digital Transformation for Saigon Port and Its Subsidiaries
– Stay updated on IT trends and advise the Board of Directors and Executive Board on IT applications for operational optimization, customer interaction, and business efficiency enhancement, ultimately increasing cargo throughput at the port.
– Work closely with departments and subsidiaries to understand their needs and propose IT solutions to support Saigon Port’s comprehensive development.
d. Ensuring Company Information System Security
– Develop and monitor operational processes to ensure IT security (risk prevention, cyberattack defense, contingency plans, disaster recovery, etc.).
– Manage and operate network infrastructure and servers to ensure information and data security.
4. Eligibility:

5. Requirements and Qualifications:
5.1. Skills and Competencies:

5.2. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (not applicable to internal candidates); preference for candidates with IT experience in the port industry.
– Knowledge of and experience with port operation IT applications: TOS Container, TOS Bulk, TOS RORO, EPORT, ERP, CRM, etc.
– Ability to drive business and operational digital transformation in the port industry.
– Experience in IT project management and implementation.
