Saigon Port Joint Stock Company is an enterprise equitized from Saigon Port One Member Limited Liability Company, owned by Vietnam Maritime Corporation with 100% of charter capital. On June 30, 2015, the Company sold its shares for the first time to the public (IPO) at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with the stock code of SGP.
