Tan Thuan Terminal (including Tan Thuan and Tan Thuan 2 areas) is one of the branches under Saigon Port JSC, and it is among the primary ports that have consistently achieved high cargo handling volumes in recent years.

Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Saigon Port JSC with a charter capital of 850 billion Vietnamese dongs, of which Saigon Port holds over 90% of the charter capital. Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port JSC owns and operates the Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port located in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, with primary business activities being stevedoring and warehousing service.
Established in August 2001, Saigon Port Transportation & Marine Service JSC (SAMSET JSC) is a subsidiary of Saigon Port, specializing in maritime transport and services. With a team of experienced and highly skilled employees, SAMSET JSC primarily operates in port services, road and waterway transport, container handling, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and empty container depot operations.
The Saigon Port Technology & Service Commercial Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Saigon Port Mechanical and Maritime Services Enterprise, is one of the first units of Saigon Port to implement the conversion to a joint stock company model with over 51% of controlling shares held by the Saigon Port Joint Stock Company and investors who are business partners along with the collective of employees in the Company.
The branch of Saigon Port JSC – Marine Construction Company is a state-owned enterprise, formerly known as the Port Construction Company established by The Vietnam Maritime Administration on July 21, 1994.
Saigon Port Logistics Joint Stock Company (SPL) was established in 2009 with two major shareholders, namely Saigon Port (holding 75% of the charter capital) and Hai Phong Port (holding 21% of the charter capital). The Saigon Port Stevedoring & Service joint stock company (SASTECO) is responsible for handling, transporting, and packaging cargoes at Saigon Port. It has the capacity to handle and package various types of goods up to 11 million tons per year.
